First cuttings of the season.

First cuttings of the season.

I love the promise of the garden to come when I see all the buds on the perennials that get bigger and bigger every year. I also have the wild flowers that spread every year. This year I have an abundance  bringing in a lot of gold finches that love to snack on them.
My first cuttings of the year made for a couple of pretty bouquets. I love this old Ball jar that's made out of turquoise glass and has this rusty metal lid clasp.
I would love to bring in all the flowers if I could but they look so beautiful out side too. This milk glass vase was my mothers and I will fill it with as many bouquets as I can this summer.
Have a blessed week!
