A Saturday morning reflective walk.

A Saturday morning reflective walk.

I live about 25 feet away from a beautiful walking trail. So when I woke up this morning thinking to myself "why am I working for myself"? Each day is a challenge of patience and creativity. Not to mention the financial challenges.
So I set out to change my attitude and to remind myself why I'm doing it and to look back on the last year or so and think about all the great things I've done in my business.
The grateful clients I've been blessed with is the biggest reminder I have. The ones that are truly so thankful that I was able to come up with a fresh look, a new design to a space they still want to live in but needed to be updated.
Timeless design breathe's new life into an old room, space, basement and well, becomes a timeless addition to the architecture of the home, maintaining the integrity and giving the home owner a fresh new take.

The excitement my clients feel and the pure joy I get when things are coming together and they are so pleased with the result. This is what makes me keep looking forward. This is what I remind myself of in the middle of the night when I'm nervous about pulling everything together.
It always works out. There will always be more wonderful projects. Keeping the faith on those two things inspires me to keep on keeping on!
So if your nervous, scared, intimidated or just reluctant to really put yourself out there, take a walk. Remind your self your more then capable. Nothing NOTHING can stop you if you just stay focused on everything you can do and not give any energy to that other little voice that says you can't. That negative inner voice needs some therapy.  Have a blessed week.
